Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://smalleventplanningtacoma.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Service Description. This Site describes Small Event Planning, Event Styling, Event Designing, Bridal Shower Planning, Baby Shower Planning, Birthday Party Planning provided by Moonstone Gatherings. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://smalleventplanningtacoma.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Moonstone Gatherings or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Account Closure. Moonstone Gatherings reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
No Warranties. Moonstone Gatherings disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Moonstone Gatherings arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Moonstone Gatherings from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Choice of Law. WA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of WA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
